WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY SECOND DOSE OF THE COVID-19 VACCINE?

The COVID-19 vaccine is currently administered as two doses 12 weeks apart, in line with clinical guidelines published by the Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation. This means that you will be invited to receive your second dose around the 12th week after your first dose was administered. If you received your first dose as part of the first wave of vaccinations in January and February, you will be contacted with a date for your second vaccine within the next 4 weeks.

Please note that we are unable to invite you to book the second dose of your COVID-19 vaccine any earlier than the 12th week after you received the first one. We cannot expedite second doses of the vaccine for any reason.
